COMMUNICATION STRATEGY
MY METHOD
Whatever your goal or challenge is, with the help of my clear three-step plan, we will work in co-creation towards a concrete end result

Considering the enormous amount of information we all have to process each and every day, what is the best way to reach your target audience? And how do you make sure that your message truly lands with your customers?

Visual thinking and business drawing allows you to create an exceptionally strong communication plan or an impactful message. One that hits home with your clients and colleagues and can be remembered easily!
Using visual methods is also a great way to clearly identify and effectively resolve internal communication issues.

STEP 1: GETTING ACQUAINTED WITH YOU AND YOUR GOAL
During step one we will get acquainted and discuss what it is you’d like to achieve with the visual. What particular communication challenge needs to be resolved? Who is your target audience?
Would you like to...
-
sharpen your communication message?
-
review or redefine your communication plan?
-
make sure that your plan gets center stage?

Based on our conversation and your goals, we’ll determine what is needed and I’ll make a proposal.
STEP 2: VISUAL (BRAINSTORM) SESSION WITH ASSOCIATES
Step two consists of one or more visually facilitated (brainstorming) sessions. Relevant colleagues (or relations /customers) are always involved in this part of the process, so that all available knowledge is used to its full potential. This involvement also helps to ensure that everyone is fully invested and that support is optimal. With the help of my visual techniques, the work process will become not only more efficient, but also more enjoyable. The end result is concrete solutions which promote better support and motivation.

STEP 3: VISUAL DESIGN
The third step involves the visual design of the session results. The decisions we’ve taken together are made crystal clear. This visual design serves as an inspiring reminder and guideline for everyone involved in the process.
Moreover, the visual is easy to share (online, mail, poster, presentation) and is ideally suited to involve, inform and inspire other colleagues or teams.
