INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

MY METHOD

Whatever your goal or challenge is, with my clear three-step plan, we will work in co-creation towards a concrete end result

Innovation is essential for any organization, whether it concerns innovation in the field of products or process innovation. Visual thinking and business drawing both increase brainpower and creativity, which leads to truly innovative insights and ideas. In addition, working with visuals can inspire people to become more involved and supportive in processes. This in turn makes it more likely that innovations will be accepted and implemented.

STEP 1: GETTING ACQUAINTED WITH YOU AND YOUR GOAL

Step one involves getting acquainted and exploring your goal. What exactly is your innovation challenge?

Do you want to...

  • fill the innovation funnel with truly new ideas?

  • make new ideas concrete?

  • get colleagues or important stakeholders on board with a new direction or a new idea?

Based on our conversation and your goal, we will determine what is needed and I will make a proposal.

STEP 2: VISUAL (BRAINSTORM) SESSION WITH ASSOCIATES?

Step two consists of one or more visually facilitated (brainstorming) sessions. Relevant colleagues (or relations /customers) are always involved in this part of the process, so that all available knowledge is used to its full potential. This involvement also helps to ensure that everyone is fully invested and that support is optimal. With the help of my visual techniques, the work process will become not only more efficient, but also more enjoyable. The end result is concrete solutions which promote better support and motivation.

STEP 3: VISUAL DESIGN

The third step is the visual design of the session results. The decisions we’ve taken together are made crystal clear. This visual design serves as an inspiring reminder and guideline for all involved in the process.

Moreover, the visual is easy to share (online, mail, poster, presentation) and is ideally suited to involve, inform and inspire other colleagues or teams.
