IMPRESS WITH YOUR PRESENTATION, PITCH OR WEBINAR:
MAKE IT VISUAL
Many presentations or pitches make (too) little impression. And many written documents, such as (annual) plans, memos, minutes, annual reports or policy documents, remain unread. It simply takes too much time and effort for most people to read everything. Our brain is set visually. Images are processed 60,000x (!) faster than text; according to neuroscientist Mary Potter (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), a human can process an image in 13 milliseconds. That makes imagery and visual communication much more effective than text.
